TERMS AND CONDITIONS - INTERNET RECRUITMENT

 

    Definitions

     

    1. “The candidate” shall mean the person looking for employment.
    2. “The Company” shall mean Hospitality Resources Limited.
    3. “The client” shall be the person, firm or Corporation to whom Internet Recruitment has been requested.
    4. “Internet Recruitment” shall be the advertising of clients vacancies on the World Wide Web, as hosted by the Company.
    5. 5“Privacy Policy” shall be the protocol to be observed when using the web site.
    6. “Service Packages”:-  The range of packages available for Internet Recruitment 

       

    The Contract 

    1. These Terms & Conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client when submitting a vacancy.
    2. These Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing by the company. 

      Fee 

    1. The fees for each Service Package is based on an individual client at one location to which the vacancy is advertised.
    2. The client shall pay the company a fee for the service package used.
    3. Value Added Tax will be charged at the current standard rate. 

       

      Payment 

     

    1. The fee becomes payable within 28 days from commencement of being advertised. 
    2.   Interest will be charged after 40 days of invoice date.  A rate of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate will apply per seven day period or part thereof. 

 Terms and Conditions

    1. These are the rules of protocol which must be adhered to when using the website. They can be found on the Website or forwarded on request. 

References 

    1. The client will be responsible for establishing references concerning the candidates’ skills, qualifications and suitability prior to engagement. 
    2. The client will be responsible for ensuring such qualifications as are required by law.               

     

Liability 

     

    1. The Company can accept no responsibility of any kind as to the suitability of applicants, attracted to the Internet Recruitment. 

     

     

Jurisdiction 

  1. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the English Law and the parties agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the English Law.
