 TERMS AND CONDITIONS - TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

 

1                     Definitions 

  1. “The Company” shall mean Hospitality Resources Limited.
  2. “The Client” shall be the person, firm, or corporation body to whom Training & Development has been requested.
  3. “Training & Development” shall be any activity involving the instruction, assessment or learning, of individuals, as provided by the Company.
  4. “Proposal” shall in a written format  outlining the nature of the Training & Development and fees to be charged. 

2                     The Contract 

    1. These terms & conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client upon receipt of written confirmation for the Training & Development requested, as outlined in the proposal.
    2. These Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing by the company. 

3                     Fee 

    1. The client shall pay the Company a fee, as outlined in the proposal to the client.
    2. Should the Training & Development be cancelled less than 14 days in advance of the commencement, a charge will be made equivalent to 50% of total fee, less travel costs.
    3. Value Added Tax will be charged at the current standard rate. 

4                     Payment 

    1. The fee becomes payable within 28 days of Training & Development delivery.
    2. Interest will be charged after 40 days of invoice date.  A rate of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate will apply per seven day period or part thereof. 

5                     Liability 

    1. The Company can accept no liability of any kind, for any loss, such as damage to property or any expenditure incurred by a client in effecting Training & Development. 

6                   Jurisdiction

  1. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the English Law and the parties agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the English Law.
